Help with an order
Include your order number and a brief description of what you need. For damage on arrival, include photos of the product and packaging. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Returns
Email us to request a return within 15 days of delivery. After approval, send the return within seven days. Your undamaged product must include its original HeatBooster box and all accessories. A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
