15-day returns
You may try your HeatBooster and request a return within 15 days after receiving your order. To start a return, email support@heatboosters.com with your order number. After we approve the return, send it within seven days of approval.
Return condition
The HeatBooster must be undamaged and returned in its original HeatBooster box with all accessories. Trying the product does not by itself make it ineligible for return.
Restocking fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns and is deducted from the refund. The 10% restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged.

Contact us before sending your return. We will provide approval and return instructions. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.
Items damaged on arrival
Please email support@heatboosters.com within two days of delivery and provide photos showing the damage to the item and packaging, along with your order number. We will review the issue and provide return instructions. No restocking fee applies to a return for damage present on arrival. The change-of-mind conditions and restocking fee do not restrict remedies required by law for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. Reporting after two days does not automatically remove those rights.
Cancel before shipment
You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing us with your order number. After shipment, please follow the return process above.
