Shipping across the United States
HeatBoosters LLC ships to all 50 states. Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not included in our free-shipping offer.
Processing your order
We personally pack and ship orders within one to two business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.
Carrier selection
We select the shipping carrier and service for your order. Customers cannot select a carrier.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Email support@heatboosters.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order ships, our return policy applies.
Shipping questions or damage
Contact support@heatboosters.com for help with your shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please report it within two days of delivery and include photos showing the damage to the product and packaging. This reporting request does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
