HeatBooster is operated by HeatBoosters LLC, based in New York. We sell and ship to customers in all 50 U.S. states. Contact support@heatboosters.com for assistance.
Orders and shipping
Review your selected product, quantity, delivery address, and order total before placing an order. We personally fulfill orders within one to two business days after placement, excluding weekends and holidays. We select the carrier. Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states; Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel before shipment. Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery, and approved returns must be sent within seven days of approval. Products may be tried but must be undamaged, in the original HeatBooster box, and include all accessories. A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns.
Product use and support
Follow the instruction manual included with your HeatBooster. Additional instructional content is available on TikTok under Heat Boosters. HeatBoosters LLC does not offer an additional commercial warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that apply under law.
Privacy and marketing
Shopify hosts this store and processes information associated with its use and transactions, which may involve processing outside your country. See our privacy policy, the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy, and the Shopify Privacy Portal. Promotional emails and texts require your marketing opt-in.
Using this website
Do not use the store for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or provide misleading order information. Nothing in these terms limits consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
