Who we are
HeatBoosters LLC operates HeatBooster at heatbooster.store and is based in New York. For questions about personal information, contact support@heatboosters.com.
Orders and support
We use the information you provide when placing an order, including your contact information, delivery address, and order details, to process and fulfill purchases and respond to customer-service requests. Orders are personally fulfilled by HeatBoosters LLC. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details in support messages.
Marketing choices
We send promotional emails or texts only when you opt in by selecting the marketing consent checkbox at checkout or through a promotional signup. Placing an order alone does not enroll you in marketing. Order updates and replies to support requests are separate from promotional communications.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information associated with using the store and completing transactions. Information submitted through the store may be processed by Shopify and service providers outside your country.
